About Us

Based in Wyoming

We grew up and still reside in Wyoming, where hunting, fishing, and time in the mountains are simply part of life. Fall means hunting seasons, long miles under a pack, and the responsibility of bringing meat off the mountain the right way.

But every successful hunt came with the same problem.

The Problem

When it was time to pack out, we were stuffing game bags into flimsy trash bags or improvised liners that were never designed for the job. They tore under weight, leaked blood, and were often single-use. By the time we made it back to the truck, our packs, gear, and clothing were soaked and stained.

For something every backcountry hunter faces, there wasn’t a real solution.

So we built one.

The Solution

The Vouno Pack Liner was designed to be a lightweight, reusable, and extremely durable barrier between your harvest, pack and contents. Built from rugged waterproof materials, it contains blood and moisture while protecting your pack and equipment.

It’s sized to handle the realities of backcountry hunting—whether you’re hauling bone-in or boned-out quarters from antelope up to elk.

Built for the Field

The Vouno Pack Liner is designed to be more than a single-use solution. Its material and three closure options allow it to serve multiple roles in the backcountry:

  • Meat Haul Sleeve – Keeps blood and moisture contained while packing out game
  • Dry Bag – Protects gear from rain, snow, and wet conditions
  • Protective Storage – Safeguards sensitive gear from moisture in the field

Because in the backcountry, every piece of gear should earn its place in your pack.

Our Mission

Based in Casper, Wyoming, Vouno builds simple, durable, purpose-driven gear for hunters, fishermen, and outdoorsmen who demand the best from the equipment they rely on—gear that performs when the real work begins.
